Usage Instructions

• Cut the tube end burr-free and square using a tube cutter and clean the edge to ensure leak-tight joints. Do not use blunt tools, hacksaws, chisels, etc.
• Ensure the tube is fully inserted into the fitting—until the positive stop, beyond the ‘U’ seal.
• To verify insertion, pull the tube gently by hand. Note: Polyurethane tube may yield and come out if pulled heavily.
• Maintain minimum bend radius of the tubing to avoid leakage.
